Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using AIVC (the “App”) or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Strict 18+ Policy: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. AIVC is designed for adults. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We use age-gating and AI-assisted age verification; any accounts found to be operated by minors will be terminated immediately.

2. AI-Powered Safety & Moderation (Zero-Tolerance Policy)

To ensure a respectful community, AIVC uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to monitor and secure interactions.

Blur-Until-Safe Screening: You acknowledge and agree that all random video calls utilize our proprietary "Blur-Until-Safe" technology. This system uses AI to analyze video streams in real-time. Screens will remain blurred until the AI detects a safe environment.
Automated Monitoring: Our AI tools proactively screen for nudity, violence, and illegal content. While we strive for 100% accuracy, this is a risk-reduction system.
User Reporting: You must use the in-app "Report" and "Block" tools to flag any objectionable content that bypasses AI filters.
Zero-Tolerance: Any user displaying sexual content, harassment, or hate speech will be subject to a permanent hardware-level ban.

3. AI Features: Companions, Captions, & Translation

AI Labeling: All "AI Companions" are automated conversational agents and are clearly labeled. They are not real human beings.
Live Captions & Translation: This feature converts speech to text in real-time. You understand that these translations are provided "as-is" and may contain errors.
Data Processing: By using these features, you consent to the transient AI processing of your audio and video data to provide these services (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4. User Rules & Conduct

You agree NOT to use AIVC to:

Share or request illegal, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
Harass, bully, or impersonate any person or entity.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass our AI safety filters (including the Blur filter).
Record or "screen-scrape" video calls with other users without their express permission.

5. Subscriptions, Coins, & Payments

Billing: All purchases (AIVC Pro, Coin Packs) are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Trial Period: If a 3-day free trial is offered, you will be charged the monthly rate ($7.99 or local equivalent) at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as MobAppAI does not manage the payment processing directly.

6. Intellectual Property & License

MobAppAI owns all rights to the AIVC branding, AI algorithms, and UI designs. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial social interaction.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

"As-Is" Service: AIVC is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI features will be error-free.
Interaction Risk: You assume all risks associated with meeting strangers online. MobAppAI is not liable for any damages resulting from user-to-user interactions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or pose a safety risk to the community.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your region require otherwise.
